I was initially skeptical of Boulevardier as it's nestled in a quiet part of the district, but that skepticism quickly disappeared as soon I stepped inside. The atmosphere is inviting and the staff was extremely friendly. From the selection of craft beers to the unique cocktail list featuring whiskey, amaro, and bitters, I felt like a kid in a candy store!

The food is also top notch. Whether it was the charcuterie plate I enjoyed alongside my beer or the delicious flatbreads that were shared amongst friends, everything was expertly prepared and flavorful.

At The Trove, you'll find a unique mix of food and drinks that is sure to please any palette. I personally love the spiked milkshakes and all of the amazing cocktails! They serve some interesting takes on traditional bar food favorites like their short rib tacos and mac & cheese pupusas. No matter what you're in the mood for, you'll find something delicious on their extensive menu.

The service is top- notch as well; the bartenders are always friendly and knowledgeable about what they are serving. Plus, they have an impressive beer selection that includes local selections along with imports from Europe, Mexico, and South America.

But what really sets The Trove apart from other bars in Bishop Arts Dallas is its atmosphere. It has a nice vibe inside – with music playing softly in the background – making it a perfect spot to hang out with friends or find yourself alone at the bar after a long day.
