The birria I had at Rayo's Taqueria was so incredibly flavorful and tender that I couldn't stop eating. The stew was rich with spices and herbs, yet not overpowering like some can be. It was slightly spicy and just the right amount of salty. Plus, they added a generous amount of onions, which gave it an extra bit of kick.

The tacos were also top-notch! The tortillas were light and fluffy while the meat was juicy and well-seasoned. The condiments, including some fresh cilantro and chopped tomatoes, were a perfect compliment to the beef's flavor.

All in all, my experience at Rayo's Taqueria was nothing short of extraordinary! They have far and away some of the best birria in Dallas, which is why I will continue to go back for more!
