I had the privilege to try many of their empanadas like the Cuban, Mexican and Argentinian. All of them were delicious! The Cuban was my favorite with it's perfect combination of flavors and textures. It was the only one that was not fried (baked instead) and it felt like a healthy option among all the options.

The Mexican empanada surprised me because it had so much flavor and texture. Not only did I get to taste traditional ingredients such as chorizo, but also some more modern ingredients such as jalapeños and sour cream. This combination made it a perfect balance between traditional and modern food.

Last but not least, I tried the Argentinian empanada which was definitely a treat for my taste buds! The delicious, creamy cheese filling went perfectly with the crispy crust. Plus, I loved how they used black olives in this empanada too - adding an interesting touch that I wasn't expecting.

Si Tapas has some of the best empanadas in Dallas and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great culinary experience.
