The falafel themselves are huge and deliciously flavorful. They are perfectly spiced and have just the right amount of crunch on the outside. The inside is a perfect blend of herbs and spices that give off an incredible aroma. The pita pockets they come in are freshly baked and filled with falafel and whatever fresh vegetables you choose to top them off!

The presentation at Food From Galilee is also something to be admired; when my order arrived, it was served in a large tray overflowing with color and texture. Not only does this look great, but it tastes great too! I can honestly say I've never had such an amazing falafel experience before.

Their falafel is incredibly flavorful and full of fresh herbs and spices. The texture is nice and crisp on the outside, but soft on the inside. It's just the right amount of crunchy without being overcooked.

The side flavors are also amazing. The tahini sauce is very creamy, with a hint of garlic that complements the falafel really well. The hummus is thick, yet airy, and also has a slight garlic flavor.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Maya's Modern Mediterranean for your go-to falafel spot in Dallas . I would say hands down it's the best falafel in town!

Their falafel is unlike anything I've ever had, especially with their signature Greek flavors. The texture of the patty was slightly crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. Plus, it was cooked to perfection!

The flavor combinations were amazing bold - garlic, onion, parsley, lemon juice and spices! I also enjoyed their tzatziki sauce which added a delicious creaminess to the falafel. All in all, it was an incredibly tasty experience.
